Instructions

  1. Open Outlook > Select "Preferences" > and "Signatures"
  2. Click the plus button on the lower left to create a new signature. If there’s content in the big right signature window after you've clicked the plus icon, delete it. In most cases, it will display your first and last name.
  3. Open the signature web page address (above) in either Google Chrome or Firefox (Those two will copy the code correctly - not sure that Safari will).
  4. Hit CMD+a to select the contents of the webpage. It should look like you selected the entire signature.
  5. Hit CMD+c to copy the signature.
  6. Go back to Outlook and in the large right hand box for your signature, click on the space and then Hit CMD+v This will paste your signature into the signature field.
  7. If you would like to make this your default signature click on the Set as Default button at the bottom.
